The Skaneateles-Marcellus Swim & Dive Team recently took to the airwaves, appearing on 95X's The Morning Mess program on October 12 to highlight their longstanding partnership with Vera House and encourage support for the organization's mission. The radio segment focused on the team's commitment to giving back to their community and raising awareness for the vital services Vera House provides.

For more than a decade, the Skaneateles-Marcellus Swim & Dive program has proudly fundraised for Vera House, helping support women and families throughout Central New York. Through their continued efforts, team members have learned the importance of community service while making a meaningful impact beyond the pool.

This year, that commitment will continue as members of the team volunteer at the Vera House Gala on October 23. The athletes are excited for the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting an organization they have partnered with for years. By working directly at the event, they hope to contribute to the success of the gala while furthering their understanding of the important work Vera House does across the region.

The team's appearance on 95X served as an opportunity to share their story, promote the upcoming gala, and encourage others to support Vera House's mission.
