Altmar-Parish-Williamstown (APW) school district is located on the southern side of the Tug Hill Plateau. There are approximately 1200 students residing within a 180 square mile area. APW became a district in 1956 as the APW Rebels. On April 28, 1959, Dedication Day, a new high school was dedicated in Parish, New York.
